What currency are the prices listed?
All prices on our website are displayed in US dollars by default. However, you can conveniently switch to your local currency using the currency converter bar located at the top right of the store.
What payment methods do you approve?
Wag +Tail offers a wide range of convenient and secure payment options to cater to your preferences. We accept major debit and credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
Additionally, you can seamlessly complete your purchase using popular digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Simply select your preferred payment method at checkout and enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience.
Where are packages shipped from?
Orders are fulfilled directly from our warehouse in Long Island, New York.
How long will my order take to arrive?
United States orders
- Processing and shipping: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Delivery: 2-5 business days
International orders
- Processing and shipping: 3-5 business days
- Delivery: 7-21 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
My order says it was delivered, but I haven't received it?
We understand that the loss or theft of a package can be a frustrating experience. At Wag + Tail, we've partnered with Route Package Protection to provide an extra layer of security for your shipments. Here's what you need to do based on whether you have enabled Route Package Protection for your order:
- If Route Package Protection is NOT enabled:
In the event that your package is missing or stolen and you have not enabled Route Package Protection, please file a claim directly with USPS at www.usps.com. Please note that in this case, responsibility for the resolution rests solely with you and USPS, and Wag + Tail will not be held responsible for any replacements or refunds. - If Route Package Protection is ENABLED:
If you have enabled Route Package Protection for your order, please contact us through our social media channels or via email at sales@shopwagandtail.com. We will assist you in initiating the claim process with Route Package Protection.
If you need any assistance or have questions regarding the claiming process, feel free to reach out to us. While we sympathize with your situation, Wag + Tail is not responsible for replacing or refunding missing or stolen packages, as we transfer responsibility for protected packages to Route Package Protection upon shipment.
What’s your return policy?
At Wag + Tail, your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. While each item is crafted with care, please note that slight variations in colors and measurements may occur. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we are pleased to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- All returned items must be in their original condition, which means they should be unworn, unwashed, and equipped with all their original tags, ensuring they are in a resalable state.
- Discounted items are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.
To initiate the return process, kindly send an email to sales@shopwagandtail.com, including a brief explanation of your return or exchange request. Please remember to include your order number in your email correspondence. You will receive instructions and the shipping address via email. Additionally, kindly note to clearly write the order number on the outer packaging.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Please be aware that Wag + Tail cannot cover return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, potential shipping losses, or any damage to the returned goods. After we receive your return, please allow up to three weeks for us to process your request. Refunds, inclusive of the product cost and applicable taxes, will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
